On the evening of August 30, the Polish CD PROJEKT group of companies published a report for the first half of 2023. She said that the development of a new game in The Witcher universe — Project Polaris — is being increasingly active.
The Project Polaris team has grown to almost 260 people. After the release of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, it will become even bigger. Most of the people involved in the supplement will join it — now there are about 300 people.
A total of 1,297 people worked at CD PROJEKT at the end of June.
▪️CD PROJEKT reported a drop in revenue. Its net revenue decreased by 14% to $79.4 million, and net profit fell by 19.8% to $22.3 million.
▪️The main part of the revenue came from CD PROJEKT RED — $59.6 million.
