According to the authors of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher, the adoption of amendments to the copyright law will significantly complicate the life of gaming companies from Poland.
In particular, CD PROJEKT pointed out that studios will have to clearly establish and evaluate the contribution of each employee to the development of specific games, and this is problematic. The amendments may also affect the operation of platforms with game mods.
