The Polish CD PROJEKT group of companies is going to cut 9% of employees — that’s about 100 people. According to CEO Adam Kiciński, there are too many people working at CD PROJEKT right now.

As Kicinski explained, CD PROJEKT decided to take such a step because of the “deep transformations” that began after the group revised its development strategy in October 2022. To achieve the desired results, CD PROJEKT needs more flexible and efficient teams.

Layoffs will take place gradually and will end no earlier than the first quarter of 2024.
