Annual revenue of CD PROJEKT increased to $222 million (+7.3%), and net profit — to $80.9 million (+66.1%).
In 2022, the sales of Cyberpunk 2077 brought the group about $116 million. The game earned more only in the release year. This is also more than the annual revenue of The Witcher 3 in 2016-2022.
CD PROJEKT did not say how many copies Cyberpunk 2077 sold in 2022, but recalled that by September 28, the total circulation of the game reached 20 million copies. 94% of the game’s sales specifically for 2022 were in the “figure”.
The withdrawal from Russia and Belarus did not significantly affect CD PROJEKT’s business. The group said that it does not plan to return to these countries yet, and added that during the year it donated about $262.5 thousand for humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
