According to information on the studio's website, currently, the only team members are the Utsumi couple. It is not disclosed whether they plan to hire anyone else later on.

BirdkinStudio is working on a game for Nintendo Switch and PC. The studio is not ready to share any other details yet, so the game's genre and approximate release date remain unknown.

Hideaki Utsumi worked at Capcom for 14 years and left the company in 2009. He was a sound designer for two dozen projects, including taking charge of sound in Devil May Cry and several installments of Resident Evil and Mega Man. His wife, Saori, also worked on sound in Capcom games and contributed to Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Mega Man Xtreme, and Bounty Hunter Sara.
