Bungie will be suing streamer Luca Leon, who specializes in Destiny 2. The studio accused him of using cheats, circumventing bans with 13 new accounts, selling logos and threatening employees.
It is reported that Leon, for example, pursued Dylan Gafner, senior community manager of Destiny 2. One day, the streamer wrote that he had moved into a house located just half an hour from Gafner and now he was “not safe.” In addition, he joked about a possible attack on Bungie’s office in Seattle and offered to pay anyone who dared to set fire to it.
Bungie demanded that Leon be permanently banned from harassing studio employees and Destiny 2 players. In addition, she wants to get compensation — $150,000 for each copyright infringement and $2.5 thousand for each use of cheats.
