Azur Games has announced a new purchase. All the games and the associated IP of the American publisher Tastypill have been transferred to her disposal.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Tastypill specializes in hyper-casual mobile games. Since its foundation in 2015, it has released several dozen projects that have collected more than a billion downloads in total. The most popular Tastypill games are Bottle Flip 3D (200 million downloads), Pick Me Up 3D (100 million downloads) and Line Color 3D (100 million downloads).
"The fact that Tastypill games have gained so many installations already speaks for itself. These are great projects from a strong team with a good look & feel that find their audience. All we want to do is to further unlock the potential of these games with the help of our internal expertise and resources," Dmitry Yaminsky, co—founder of Azur Games, commented on the purchase.
