The Russian legal entity of the studio Deus Craft, known for the game Grand Hotel Mania, is being liquidated by its new owner, Astrum Entertainment.

According to the "SPARK-Interfax" database, the liquidation process of the legal entity began on September 17. According to Astrum Entertainment, most of the Deus Craft employees transitioned to MY.GAMES even before the closure. "For our projects, LLC 'Deuskraftdev' is not used, so the decision was made to liquidate it," the company stated in their announcement.

A source from "Kommersant" in the gaming industry believes that the reason for the liquidation is the publisher's desire to concentrate revenue within the parent company and avoid its "fragmentation."
It is possible that in the future, other legal entities that Astrum Entertainment acquired from MY.GAMES as part of the transfer of the Russian business may also be closed.

Deus Craft is a Russian studio focused on the mobile segment. In 2022, the studio's revenue reached 336.6 million rubles, and the profit was 43.6 million rubles. Last year, MY.GAMES announced that the overall revenue of Grand Hotel Mania amounted to 100 million dollars.
