According to the SPARK-Interfax database, the liquidation process of the corporate entity began on September 17. Astrum Entertainment stated that most Deus Craft employees moved to MY.GAMES even before the closure. "The LLC ‘Deuscraftdev’ is not used for our projects, so we decided to liquidate it," said the company statement.

A source from the gaming industry cited by Kommersant believes that the reason for the liquidation is the publisher's desire to consolidate revenue within the parent company and avoid its "fragmentation."
It is possible that other entities received by Astrum Entertainment from MY.GAMES during the transfer of Russian business might be closed in the future.

Deus Craft is a Russian studio focused on the mobile segment. In 2022, its revenue reached 336.6 million rubles, with a profit of 43.6 million rubles. Last year, MY.GAMES announced that Grand Hotel Mania's total revenue was 100 million dollars.
