MY.GAMES continues to transfer the Russian business to Astrum Entertainment. As Kommersant noted in the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, on January 10, 2024, Astrum Entertainment officially gained control of Novosibirsk-based Deuskraftdev LLC.

Grand Hotel Mania

Astrum Entertainment confirmed the agreement in a comment to the newspaper. The company stressed that only a Russian legal entity without any assets was transferred to it.

Recall that MY.GAMES bought a controlling stake in Deus Craft in the amount of 51.6% in October 2020. Under the terms of the deal, she pledged to immediately pay the studio $14.1 million and transfer another $35 million if Deus Craft's monthly revenue reaches $15 million in the first quarter of 2021.

The most famous Deus Craft game is the Grand Hotel Mania time manager. In the fall of 2023, MY.GAMES announced that in the four years since its release, the title has earned $100 million and collected 19 million downloads. The company named Grand Hotel Mania one of the most successful games in its portfolio: it is one of the five key projects of MY.GAMES, along with Rush Royale, War Robots, Hustle Castle and Left to Survive.

According to the SPARK-Interfax database, 109 people worked at Deuskraftdev LLC as of 2022. In 2022, the studio received revenue of 336.6 million rubles and a profit of 43.6 million rubles. This is significantly more than in 2021. At that time, the revenue of Deuskraftdev LLC was 224.7 million rubles, and the profit was 10.8 million rubles. It is still unknown how the year 2023 went for her.
