In May, 50% of Entertainment Factory LLC came under the control of Astrum Entertainment. This is reported by Kommersant with reference to the data of the SPARK-Interfax database.
Astrum Entertainment CEO Sergey Efremov confirmed the deal to the newspaper. He clarified that his company received a share in the Entertainment Factory LLC when dividing the assets of MY.GAMES.
The remaining 50% of Entertainment Factory LLC belongs to its two co-founders: Oleg Kostin (27.5%) and Stepan Zotov (22.5%).
LLC “Entertainment Factory” was opened in 2004. The organization is engaged in both the development and publication of games. To date, she has developed more than 50 games, including The Panic Room: House of Secrets, Parkan: Iron Strategy and Avatarika. She also owns a playground GameXP.com .
