The Chinese company miHoYo has reached a new milestone. According to AppMagic estimates, gamers have spent $8 billion in its mobile games to date.
It is important to note: this figure does not take into account the commission of the stores and the taxes paid by miHoYo. If you count with them, the earnings of games will be much less — $ 4.8 billion.
Predictably, Genshin Impact became the most monetary game. It accounted for 73% of user spending. The second place went to Honkai Impact 3rd with a share of 18%, the third was taken by Honkai: Star Rail — 6%. Closed the top Tears of Themis — 1%.
Chinese residents spent the most money in the games of miHoYo. They generated 39% of the revenue. Japanese residents were responsible for another 21% of spending, and US residents were responsible for 15%.
