The analytics service VG Insights shared sales statistics for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl* on the social network X. They conducted a detailed analysis of the situation on Steam.

According to analysts' estimates, by the release on November 20, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl* had accumulated 2.5 million wishlists on Steam. Out of these, 400 thousand were added in the last month. In light of the high interest, the game managed to sell 1.4 million copies on Valve's platform alone by November 24.

The shooter’s Steam version is most actively purchased in the United States, contributing to 22% of the 1.4 million copies sold. Ukraine (16%), Germany (7%), and China (7%) also ranked among the top markets for sales.

The gross revenue from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl* in Steam for the first five days was estimated by analysts at $66.7 million.

It is reported that Steam users have played S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl* for an average of 7.6 hours. Analysts believe that game owners are also likely spending time in The Forever Winter, Witchfire, and Incursion Red River.

Remember, earlier developers from GSC Game World** stated they had sold a million copies of the game by November 22. This included sales across all platforms, including the Xbox Series consoles.
