FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 (aka FSR 2.0), a technology that allows you to improve image quality, has appeared on GitHub. This means that now all developers, if desired, will be able to add upscaling support to games.

AMD gives the FSR 2.0 code under the MIT license. As the corporation explains, it allows you to use the code without restrictions, provided that the developers make a footnote about the license in the description of their project. AMD stressed that it places the sources “as is” and does not provide any guarantees.

The corporation also shared documentation explaining how to use FSR 2.0.
