In a tweet, he is surprised that the team managed to finish a game of this level with such strength. He also noted that in terms of resources, the Finnish company is very limited: “We have significantly fewer resources than large studios and those that belong to platforms.”
Alan Wake 2 is scheduled for release on October 17. The first part of the horror as an Xbox exclusive was released in 2010. In the first three years of sales, it sold three million copies.
The remaster of the first part was released on all modern platforms in October 2021 (except Switch, the version for which appeared only in October 2022). For a year and a half of sales, the remaster could not pay off.
