Age of Wonders 4 has set a record for the fastest sales of games in the series. Triumph Studios announced that in less than a week since the release of the strategy has sold 250 thousand copies.
The developers also noted that at the peak, 42.8 thousand people played the Steam version of Age of Wonders 4 at the same time. This is the best indicator among Triumph Studios games on Steam. For comparison: the peak online Age of Wonders III was 19.4 thousand people, Age of Wonders: Planetfall — 10.4 thousand people, and Overlord — 2.3 thousand people.
Age of Wonders 4 was released on May 2 on PC and consoles of the new generation.
