A court in the USA has sided with Activision in a case against the portals EngineOwning, Garnatz Enterprise, and 11 individuals involved in selling cheats. The court has ordered them to pay the company $14.4 million in compensation and an additional $292.9 thousand in attorney fees.

The court also demanded that EngineOwning and the other offenders cease distributing cheats and transfer the domain www.EngineOwning.to to Activision.

The litigation between the parties has been ongoing since 2022. In February 2023, the court had already declared at least the EngineOwning team guilty and awarded Activision $3 million in compensation. However, EngineOwning continued to sell cheats, so Activision returned to court after some time.
