Ghost of Tsushima is Sony's latest game on PC. It was released on Steam and Epic Games Store on May 16, 2024, almost four years after its console release on PlayStation. The VG Insights service studied the game's performance on Steam.

- Two months before its release, Ghost of Tsushima had 1.42 million wishlists on Steam.
- In the first 20 days, Ghost of Tsushima sold over 800,000 copies in Valve's store. This is one of the best results among Sony's Steam releases. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Horizon Zero Dawn had similar initial sales.
- Moreover, Ghost of Tsushima retains its audience better. Its current online player count on Steam is twice as high as Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Horizon Zero Dawn after 20 days of their releases.
- Owners of the Steam version of Ghost of Tsushima are also highly likely to play Returnal, Horizon Forbidden West, Everspace 2, Lords of the Fallen, and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
