This was announced by the Ministry of Finance in its official Telegram channel.
The agency will process the received applications and then send them to the General Staff. It is in it that the decision will be made on whether to give the applicant a postponement or not.
The first lists of applications should be sent to the Ministry of Defense on September 29.
