The credits of Baldur’s Gate 3 did not include ordinary localizers from Altagram Group, an outsourcing studio that worked on translating subtitles for the game into several languages. Only the team leaders got there.

One of the first to draw attention to the situation with the credits was a member of the translation team of the Brazilian version of the Portuguese language. His remark was confirmed by a Spanish translator: he added that the localization of subtitles took the Spanish team almost four years, and the final volume of the text exceeded 2.5 million words.

The developers of Baldur’s Gate 3 explained in the Eurogamer comment that Altagram Group provided them with an incomplete list of localizers. They reported that they had already contacted the outsourcer, and promised to fix the titles in the third patch.
