A bill on compulsory licensing has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration

Back in March, Russian officials proposed forcibly licensing intellectual property from “unfriendly countries.” On August 19, the relevant bill officially reached the State Duma.

The bill concerns computer programs (i.e., games), music, films, literary and “other works”.
