Playdots Inc, the developer of the popular game Dots: A Game About Connecting and TwoDots, raised $10 million during the investment round A.
The round was led by the Chinese corporation Tencent and the Greycroft Partners fund. Funds also came from Northzone, CrunchFund and the Alphaworks association, which includes business angels Li Ruigang, Susan Lyne and many other well-known gaming investors.

Tencent and LINE Group invested $100 million in Creative Lab
Founded in 2013. The studio’s title projects as of the end of 2014 are Dots: A Game About Connecting and TwoDots.Tencent is one of the largest Internet companies in China.
