The creator of streaming tools StreamElements has attracted $ 100 million in investments and spent part of the funds on the acquisition of Paragon. The company specializes in promoting YouTube channels and creating digital creatives.
The transaction took place last Friday, October 1. Exactly how much it cost Paragon is not reported.
StreamElements stated that the influencers, who are already cooperating with Paragon, will be part of a program developed for YouTube creators.
“The company’s goal is to increase its presence in the field of video content creation by implementing our tools along with the support of the community of creators. By making Paragon part of the StreamElements family, we got the opportunity to directly help many popular YouTubers develop their products and expand their audience,” comments Gil Hirsch, CEO of StreamElements.
StreamElements develops tools for broadcasts. With their help, the channel owner can create an individual graphic design, integrate chatbots and configure monetization.
Paragon, in addition to providing marketing services, has its own video distribution platform. With the help of the tool, you can upload videos, watch statistics, set up monetization, work on the strategy and promotion of the channel together with creative specialists.
Such well-known gaming streamers as SypherPK, xNestorio and Kiingtong are already working with the platform.
