Now RinGames will work under the name Nordcurrent Dnipro, and its staff will increase.

It is assumed that in 2022 the staff of the newly acquired studio will grow to 100 people (now it has slightly less than 30 employees).

Prior to the deal, Nordcurrent and RinGames had been cooperating for eight years. The Ukrainian studio participated in the development of Cooking Fever, Murder in Alps and a number of other Nordcurrent games. Now they are working together on Happy Clinic, a time manager, which is scheduled for release next month.

“We are very pleased that our reliable long–term partners in Dnipro have become full members of the Nordcurrent family,” commented Victoria Trofimova, CEO of Nordcurrent. – “We have similar values, so we are perfectly combined in terms of culture, energy and attitude to work. This is very important for the continuous growth of a successful game publisher.”

RinGames is the second Ukrainian studio acquired by Nordcurrent. In 2018, the company acquired Odessa Blam! Games Studio.

Nordcurrent was founded in 2002 in Vilnius. The company develops and publishes both mobile and PC games. Now the company has more than 50 titles on its account, which have collected 500 million downloads in total.
