MY.GAMES company has become a partner of the Spanish The Breach Studios, which was founded by veterans of Ubisoft, 4A Games and Take-Two Interactive. She invested €3.5 million in the studio, in return receiving a minority stake and a control option.

According to MY.GAMES, the deal will help the company strengthen its presence in the Western market and expand its gaming portfolio.

“Investing in The Breach Studios is another step towards the goal of MY.GAMES to soon become one of the world’s largest industry players. The deal is part of the vector of our strategy for international expansion, and will also help us implement our other plans for a foreign audience in the future. We welcome the new team to our large ecosystem and will be glad to work on interesting projects in the near future,” commented Elena Grigoryan, Marketing and Advertising Director of MY.GAMES.

The Breach Studios opened in 2018. Among its employees are the developers of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, The Crew 2, Gris, Bionic Commando and Asphalt 8: Airborne. Now they are making an unannounced cooperative shooter with PvE and PvP modes for consoles and PC.

Over the four years of operation, MY.GAMES Venture Capital has participated in 47 transactions. One of the last investments was in the American Pizza Club Games.
