MGVC, the investment arm of the MY.GAMES brand, has announced new investments. As part of the support of teams from the CIS, the company invested in three studios: Tvogue Games, VOX and WideView Games. The total investment amounted to $3 million.As a result of the transactions, the MY.GAMES division received a minority stake in each studio with control options.

According to MGVC executive producer Nikita Matsokin, the company pays special attention to genres in which it has not yet invested. “One of the vectors of our development is the maximum diversification of the gaming portfolio with the possibility of further integration of partner studios’ products into a single ecosystem of the group,” he said.

Briefly about the studiosTvogue Games is a Moscow team of 17 people, the main backbone of which was formed back in 2016.

  • On her account, the development of the eponymous application for voice dating.This year alone, MGVC has made 10 deals, and the amount of investments in the first six months of 2021 exceeded $20 million.

In just four years of operation, the MY.GAMES division has invested over 6 billion rubles ($82.9 million) in video games.
