Captain Studio.tv raised $10 million through a fundraising campaign. The team will create new games for streaming platforms and launch the Captain Hub PC application.

Captain.tv (formerly known as Stream Captain) uses the funds received to finalize games for the joint passage of streamers and their audience – Stream Pirates and Chat Plays Chess.
There are also plans to create new, as yet unannounced projects.
The investment round was attended by Makers Fund, Galaxy Digital, Betaworks, Zynga founder Mark Pinkus, Twitch co-founder Kevin Lin, etc.
CEO Captain.tv Bradley Ross believes that investors are interested in the studio because they are looking for new opportunities to expand the gaming industry. Special attention is paid to projects with the participation of streamers, because now their success dictates the conditions in the market.
Captain’s goals.tv is directly linked to streamers. The studio’s official blog says: “We want to create games that will unite people and bring the streamer’s interaction with the audience to a new level.”
In addition to games, Captain plans.tv is worth the release of the Captain Hub PC application. In it, the streamer will be able to play studio projects, use the tools of streaming platforms and communicate with the community.

TV was founded in 2018 in San Francisco. At the moment, a team of 38 people is working on the games, among them Twitch streamers. According to data from the official website, 1.25 million people and 25 thousand streamers play in the studio’s projects. Five hundred of them were paid $ 1 million as part of the partner program.
Now in the Captain portfolio.tv three projects: Stream Raiders, Stream Pirates and Chat Plays Chess. In the first and second games, the streamer and the audience go on a dungeon raid or a treasure hunt. In the third, they play chess together, with all the viewers against one streamer.
