Newzoo together with PayPal conducted a study of the European esports market. It is expected that the number of women in the industry will continue to grow, and the total audience of esports will exceed 90 million people by the end of the year.
Analysts note that the audience is divided into two categories. 33 million people are esports fans who watch more than one match a month. There are much more casual viewers — 59 million people.

- 45% of esports fans spend money on goods in this industry on other people — whether they are partners, children or friends.
