Chebeskov shared these figures at the forum "Gambling: Contributions to Sports". During his speech, he clarified that out of this amount, approximately 50 billion rubles are payments made by bookmakers in various taxes, including personal income tax and gambling tax. Also, targeted contributions could account for 42 billion rubles.

Chebeskov attributed the achievement of such figures to bringing the betting market out of the shadows and transitioning to transparent business practices. According to him, the legalization of the sector fosters the creation of new jobs and reduces crime rates, while also ensuring players' rights are protected.
