In 2025, the revenue of the Greek gambling market reached €3.07 billion, according to the report from the country's gambling regulator. It increased by 6.7%, largely due to the iGaming segment.

Compared to 2024, iGaming revenue in Greece grew by 10.5%, resulting in the online gaming share of the Greek gambling market's income exceeding 38.8%.

Despite the higher growth rates of the iGaming segment, land-based gambling retained its leadership in terms of revenue—bringing in €1.88 billion or 61.2% of the market's total revenue in 2025.

The regulator also calculated the revenue generated for the Greek budget from the gambling market. Last year, it amounted to €1.17 billion, which is 11.2% more year-on-year. Online operators contributed €736.94 million to this revenue, the state lottery OPAP contributed €326.66 million, casinos contributed €61.76 million, and other state lotteries contributed €42.6 million.
