In the five years since the release of The Last of Us, 17 million copies of the game have been sold, making it the best-selling game released by Sony.
This was announced on the fifth anniversary of the release of the adventure game on Twitter by the developers of the title – Naughty Dog studio. All digital sales of the title were taken into account, as well as purchases of bundles with the game.
