Supercell, which previously supported Ukraine, announced its withdrawal from the Russian and Belarusian markets. The company has already removed titles from stores in these countries.Supercell made such a statement today on its social networks and on the official Braw Stars website.

“New downloads have been suspended, and access for existing players will be interrupted with the next client update,” the message says.

Thus, all active users from Russia and Belarus will lose access to the company’s projects and will no longer be able to play even previously downloaded titles. This includes such mobile hits as Clash Royale and Clash of Clans.

The audience of CD Projek t games faced a similar situation earlier. The company has suspended the sale of its projects in Belarus and Russia. From mobile storages, including the frituplein CCI “GWINT” disappeared. Users will no longer be able to make in-game purchases, but they will still have access to updates on PC, iOS and Android.

Earlier, many other companies reported about the suspension of sales in Russia and/or Belarus. Among them are Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Rockstar, Ubisoft, Bloober Team and the Ukrainian GSC Game World.

Supercell itself had previously also come out in support of Ukraine and donated €1 million to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. The Finnish company has also launched a fundraiser for several other foundations and organizations, to which it will additionally transfer €1 million.
