The company for the production of toys for children Spin Master has released a hybrid of mobile and “real” toys. The project is called Sick Bricks.
The user can play Sick Bricks as a regular mobile game. Or he can purchase a set of toy men of the same name, and then use the mobile scanner built into the application to “transfer” them into the game and continue to act as game characters.
Toys consist of several parts, like a Lego constructor. In the promo video of the title, it is stated that if the head of one man is attached to the torso of another, then the resulting character will have the advantages of both. Among the characters are zombies, vampires, soldiers and ordinary people. Each has unique characteristics that help you complete levels and missions.
The mobile game was developed by Digital Studios.
Despite the fact that Disney, Activision and Nintendo launched similar projects before Spin Master, the creators of the game hope for success, since the characters of the Sick Bricks game are known to Cartoon Network viewers from the Sick Days animated series.
