FIFA and eFootball have a new competitor. Minsk Vizor and Strikerz studio presented their football simulator for “big” platforms. It’s called UFL. FAIR TO PLAY and will be distributed for free.

The Strikerz development team announced the title during the opening ceremony of Gamescom 2021. There are almost no details about the game yet. It is only known that the basis was the online football league UFL, in which “only the skills of the player” are important. UFL is being developed on the Unreal Engine.

As the authors of UFL write, they have made a football simulator, which, unlike the same FIFA, will not demand money for updates. The development of such a game has already taken them five years.

2016, my partners and I are in a taxi in Tel Aviv, pitch a crazy idea, doubts and fears, burning eyes. We decided to make a new football simulator. So that for free, with football stars, without new stretched updates under the guise of a new game at full price. On Unreal. And off she went. Years of development, Strikerz international team of 200 people by the moment, new strong partners.

It is unknown when the game will be released. But it will take place on all major consoles and on PC.

Note that Strikerz studio is directly involved in the development of UFL, for which this title will be the debut project. Vizor was one of the main partners of the team. Another partner of the studio is the sports analytics company InStat.

By the way, for Vizor, the release of the game will be another step towards consoles. Recall that the Belarusian company was previously known primarily for mobile games. But in recent years, she has begun to pay attention to “big” platforms. For example, in April, Vizor announced a multiplayer PvP action game for Blood of Heroes consoles.
