Rovio has announced the second part of Angry Birds. Information about this appeared in the official Twitter account of the original game.
Update: Angry Birds 2 will be released on July 30.

Rovio will share details about the sequel on July 28 at an event in San Francisco.
The birds will be “bigger, cooler, birdier”.
The original title about angry birds was released six years ago, in 2009. It has a total of 14 spin-offs, including Angry Birds Rio, Angry Birds Space and Angry Birds Star Wars. The franchise has brought and continues to bring money to the company, but the success of the original Angry Birds has not yet been repeated by any sequel.

Let’s add that in 2014, Rovio’s revenues decreased by 73%.
She reduced the staff by 16%. The launch of the second part of the most successful game of the Finnish studio is probably undertaken in an attempt to increase profitability.
