The Finnish publisher and developer of mobile games Rovio has signed a contract with the Danish manufacturer of the Lego constructor. Together, the companies will work on toys based on the Angry Birds series. Information about this appeared on the official website of the creators of “angry birds”.
The image shows an assumption on the topic of how designers based on Angry Birds might look.
The release of toys for the franchise will be timed to coincide with the release of a full-length film based on it.
“Birds” will appear on the shelves in the spring of 2016. The Finns have not yet specified which characters will be in the sets. In the official Angry Birds blog, they promised that they would soon tell about the new toys in more detail.
Let’s remind you that Rovio has long declared itself as a company that is engaged not only in mobile development. As part of the movement from a gaming company to an entertainment company, Finns produce not only toys, but also shoot animated series, publish books and even open theme parks.
