The second part of the popular Paradise Island game from the Russian developer Game Insight has appeared in the App Store.
The economic simulator repeats its prototype in terms of gameplay. The player is required to build a tourist city on the coast of the island and manage it.
The official press release says that the game differs from the first part with “new graphics adapted for Retina screens.” In addition, Paradise Island 2 has mini-games and the opportunity to compete with other players. The title, its authors promise, can be played, including without an Internet connection. The game is distributed under a shareware model.
Recall that the game Paradise Island was released in 2010, and in May 2011 became the leader of the top most profitable applications in the Android Market by version. As of March 2014, the project had 5.4 million users, and the total revenue from it was more than $ 25 million.
