Marvel Entertainment together with DeNA will release a mobile cooperative action game for four players called Marvel Mighty Heroes. This is reported in the official press release of DeNa.
The user will be able to play as a hero or villain of their choice. Among the characters will be Spider-Man, Star Lord, Groot, Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk, Iron Man and Thor, familiar to the Russian audience from a series of films from Marvel Entertainment.
It is expected that the game will appear on iOS and Android in the near future. The project will be distributed on a shareware model.
Marvel Mighty Heroes is not the first joint project between Marvel Entertainment and DeNa. In 2012, they released the card game Marvel: War of Heroes.
Kabam also collaborated with Marvel Entertainment on “super hero” themed games. The American company has two projects with comic book heroes on its account: the mobile fighting game Marvel Conquest of Champions and an RPG game. The name of the latest title is not yet known, since it is still being prepared for release.
