The creators of the world’s most popular three-in-a-row game Candy Crush are developing Bubble Witch Saga 2. UPDATE: The game is already in the “soft launch” stage.
Screenshots and a couple of clips from the second part of Bubble Witch appeared on Toucharcade today. King itself, however, has not yet made an official announcement.
The sequel will differ from the original, as it seemed to us, first of all, by the presence of:
- a pretty heroine without warts;
- bright graphics without the predominance of faded purple and green colors in it.
Also in the second part there will be new game modes, like animal rescue (a la Pet Rescue Saga).
Recall that the original game was the first project that King brought to the mobile market. It was included in the Top 100 grossing games of the American App Store and Google Play. The MAU of the game on Facebook is now about 10 million.
What’s next? Candy Crush Saga 2?
UPDATE: While we were waiting for the announcement, King quietly launched the project in Spain, Holland, Sweden and Canada.
