The mobile version of the pandemic simulator Plague Inc “infected” 60 million people. This is reported by the authors of the project, Ndemic Creations studio.
The creators of the game shared other information. The title successfully debuted on Xbox and appeared on Steam Early Access. Players have played the mobile version of the game a total of 1 billion times.
Next year, the studio plans to add a cooperative game mode to the Steam version and release a board game based on the project. There is no talk of a multiplayer mode for mobile platforms yet.
Recall that the Plague Inc strategy appeared on mobile platforms in 2012. The game is the main and so far the only project of the indie studio Ndemic Creations. The title is a pandemic simulator, and has such reliability that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States use it as a visual aid.
Let’s add that the game is paid for iOS users and shareware for Android owners. The Android version is published by the company Miniclip.
