The system can be integrated into the Unity, CryEngine and Unreal Engine 4 engines. It supports PC, Mac, Linux and mobile platforms.

CEGUI - Torchlight

Appeared in 2003. Allows you to create UI on various platforms, including Windows, Linux and Mac.
