From the team 101XP.com Ilya Salamatov, Vice President for Business Development, has left. He announced the opening of the publishing label META Publishing.

Salamatov calls the indie publishing house an international company focused on premium projects for PC and consoles.
He plans to launch the release of games in various world regions, including Asia and America.
META Publishing’s activities will cover the full cycle of publishing games: from marketing and PR to localization. The company expects to completely remove all organizational issues from the developers so that the game developers focus directly on the games.
“The obvious problem is that there are a lot of high—quality games on the same Steam when you see a sad story. Great reviews from people, good press and sad 0-20000 on SteamSpy. This is what we will fight, because when a team invests two or three years of life in development, people have the right to see a decent result. This is precisely achieved by a competent publishing strategy,” Ilya is sure.
Before creating META Publishing, Ilya managed to work not only in 101XP.com , but also in 1C Publishing and Softclub. In the latter, he was also engaged in business development. He explains the desire to create an independent publishing project as follows:
“Why am I doing this now? Because I love games, because I have been publishing them for more than 10 years, because I want there to be more good projects. In the end, it turned out that I had seen too many mistakes, and now I have the will and resources to avoid them.”
