On September 17-18, WN Conference Cyprus’26 will be held in Limassol— a business conference for developers, publishers, and other representatives of the gaming industry. A key part of the conference will be the showcase of games by independent developers and the indie pitch.
Showcase
This year's game showcase will be supported by GEM Capital.
Participation in the showcase is free. Developers simply need to submit an application and await approval from the organizers. You can express your desire to present your game through a special form on the conference website until September 11. However, the earlier you do this, the higher the chances of participating in the showcase, as the number of spots is limited.
To have their application approved, developers must have:
- a working game build (at least a vertical slice or alpha version);
- gameplay video;
- a game presentation.
After passing the selection, the authors of the confirmed games will receive one STANDARD PASS ticket, which grants access to the conference.
Indie Pitch
If desired, developers can also participate in a special presentation— the indie pitch. During this, teams will present directly to experts and provide a detailed overview of their games.
Immediately after the presentation, developers will receive valuable feedback and advice.
The selection process for the indie pitch is separate. You can apply for it using the same form as for the showcase, just check the additional field. The deadline is the same—September 11.
