In total, WN Growth Summit Limassol’26 was attended by over 150 people from 104 companies. The vast majority of guests — 73% — were owners, founders, and CEOs. Representatives from Owlcat Games, Helio Games, MY.GAMES, Xsolla, Playgama, and many other organizations were present at the event.
The summit was held in a networking format. There were no lectures—participants shared expertise in roundtable discussions and group work.
Some activities generated particular excitement. For example:
- The round table “Content as a Growth Driver: From Games to Content-Driven Products” saw participation from Patrik Wilkens of Mournival Consulting, Nikita Ibragimov from GameGears, Arina Safronova from TheSoul Group, and a number of other experts;
- The round table “What Really Drives Growth Today: Latest in UA, Product-Led Growth, Alternative Distribution?” was sponsored and participated in by Xsolla, with discussions including Sola Saulenko from MY.GAMES, Elena Kostina from Vizor Games, Arseny Khlebtsev from Unity, and Manuel Prueter from Colossi Games;
- An interactive session “Mastermind: Strategy in Times of Uncertainty” led by Ekaterina Miroshnichenko from SOTA. The list of participants included the legendary Russian game development figure Sergey Orlovsky from Helio Games, Mike Fischer from Firstpoint VC, Alex Siamantas from Holyday Studios, among others.
Furthermore, the investment breakfast by GameXCap garnered significant interest. During this, the founder of the syndicate and WN Media Group, Pavel Ryäikkönen, discussed the current state of investments in the gaming market with the event guests.
The summit guests were pleased with the event.
An excellent intimate event! It's a very good solution if you need to discuss specific issues or proposals in the industry. Calm, cozy, in a beautiful location—just what top management needs.

WN Growth Summit is a great opportunity to meet with the people making decisions about the business's direction and discuss truly important issues. I particularly appreciated that it's all held in a beautiful hotel by the sea, creating a cozy intimate atmosphere: even the roundtable format encourages open and honest dialogue. Here you can talk about what really concerns you and discuss topics that you might not want to bring up to a wider audience.

I really liked the atmosphere of the event: a convenient venue with many opportunities for meaningful conversations and experience exchange. I especially want to highlight the roundtables—they seemed truly productive and drew a lot of interest. It turned out to be a strong and substantial event.
