WN Media Group shared the program of the Moscow Talents in Games Conference’21. In total, the organizers have planned about 30 reports. Among them are performances by representatives of Lucasfilm, Playrix, MY.GAMES, Owlcat Games and many others.

Recall that the event will take place on December 13-14.

On the first day, the performances will be held in three streams, and the next — in two. Each of the threads will be dedicated to a separate topic:

  • game design;
  • game production;
  • development on Unreal Engine;
  • artoo;
  • UI/UX design.

Let’s focus on the program in more detail. Just below are the speeches that the editors recommend paying attention to first.

Art

  • «Farmscapes: how to draw the big world steadily, quickly and efficiently”Along with the growth of the team of artists come new challenges.

Natalia Popova from Friday’s Games will tell you how to rebuild workflows so as not to lose the quality and speed of content creation.

  • Vera Velichko, CEO of OwlStudio, will share tips on how an artist can understand who he is — Junior, Middle or Senior.

She will analyze the psychological side of the issue and list the specific skills needed for different levels.

Also in this section, concept art specialist Jama Jurabaev, who is currently drawing for Lucasfilm, will speak.

He, for example, prepared the storyboard for the first season of “Mandalorian”. Previously, he worked at another subsidiary of DisneyIndustrial Light & Magic, where he had a hand in such films as “King Arthur”, “Aladdin” (2019), “The First Player to get Ready” and “Beauty and the Beast”. The topic of his report will be revealed later.
