Based on the data of the AppMagic analytical platform, the App2Top editorial board has prepared material on the most downloaded and highest-grossing mobile games of the past month.

The most downloaded games in February

There have been no significant changes in the overall top downloads. The top four places in the ranking went to the same projects as in January: Royal Match (21.4 million downloads), Roblox (19 million downloads), Block Blast! (17.9 million downloads) and Subway Surfers (16.3 million downloads).

The only significant developments were in the iOS top. NetEase's Eggy Party got to the top of it, which reached a global release on February 23. Last month, the game collected a total of 9.3 million downloads, of which 6.28 million were generated by App Store users.

Unfortunately, there are no new products in the tops.

The highest-grossing games in February

At high positions in the box office tops, too, traditionally unchanged. The main bestseller of the month was once again Honor of Kings with revenue from the IAP of 120.6 million dollars, leading both in the overall top and the top only for the App Store. MONOPOLY GO! earned the most on Google Play — $ 54 million (including the App Store, the game's revenue will increase to $ 105.89 million).

However, a few points are still worth paying attention to:

  • in cash ten back Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle (ドラゴンボールZ ドッカンバトル). During the month, the game earned $ 51.2 million, which immediately raised it to 30 positions in the overall top. The surge in revenue is associated with events in honor of the ninth anniversary of the game;
  • Honkai: Star Rail has also noticeably increased its cash register. Its February revenue was $51.4 million compared to $32.8 million in January. At the same time, the cash register of Genshin Impact decreased over the month, but not significantly — from $ 59.7 million to $ 55 million;
  • Candy Crush Saga's monthly revenue has dropped to its lowest level since February 2021. It amounted to 63.76 million dollars. Nevertheless, the game did not change its position in the overall top and continued to occupy the sixth place. In the top for the App Store, it has risen by one line at all;
  • The Chinese version of Teamfight Tactics dropped out of the box office tops, which showed explosive growth in January (in the first month of 2024, the game rose 36 positions in the overall top). Its monthly revenue fell by half — from $56.7 million in January to $28.8 million in February.
