The game and application development platform Corona has announced a partnership with PlayHaven. Corona customers will have access to tools for attracting, retaining and monetizing users.
The PlayHaven plugin, which fits in just a few lines of program code, allows developers to launch advertising campaigns aimed at the narrowest possible user audience.
Speaking about the partnership, Charles Yim, COO of the company, stressed the importance of targeted user engagement, given the continuous growth of the mobile device market.
“Due to the fact that competition in app stores is extremely high, our task is to ensure that developers receive tools that will allow them to conduct a sustainable business and at the same time provide them with free access to our work mechanism regardless of the chosen development environment,” Yim said.
Corona Labs Chief Operating Officer David Rangel noted that PlayHaven “offers developers a comprehensive set of tools to improve marketing programs and generate additional profits.”
The PlayHaven plugin can be downloaded from the Corona Labs website here.
