The Finns are building up the pace. Following the announcement of the new part of Angry Birds and the release of a role-playing game based on the franchise, Rovio announced that it is working with Hasbro on Angry Birds Transformers.
“The new hybrid is designed both for those who grew up on the brand of the 80s, and for current fans of the franchise (“Transformers”),” said Blanca Juti, head of marketing at Rovio.
There are no details about the project yet.
Forbes believes that Angry Birds Transformers will be a new version of Angry Birds Go!. As proof of their version, they offered a list of toys that Hasbro is going to launch on sale. Among the names: Tra Ab Racer Helmet Pig Adrian and Tra Ab Racer Red Bird Optimus.

A full presentation of the game is likely to take place this week at the Las Vegas Licensing Expo 2014, where both companies will be present.
